Manufacturing facilities:

We use modern production equipments and manufacturing facilities to make our products of minimum toxicity and high efficacy so as to use at low concentrations.

Regular review and updation of Manufacturing Facilities is carried out. Annual production capacity- appx 3 million litres

There are separate areas allocated for manufacturing different categories of products.

Each area contains automatic packing line from filling to labeling . Manufacturing areas have air lock & controlled air systems.

Quality Standards & Quality Management System: Total Quality Management at all levels. WHO GMP guidelines are strictly followed. Strict specifications about quality of Finished Goods, Raw. Materials, Packing Materials and surveillance of quality Standards. Quality control department is well equipped with sophisticated instruments handled by well trained technical staff. Our endeavor is to ensure quality by adopting well documented validated Systems for both manufacturing and testing activities.
